Mondays 7pm monhtly Sporty Fun in the Park – On Jesus Green near the footbridge, from 7pm. A variety of sports, usually followed by a drink in a nearby pub. Email sports@sisteract.org

Suffolk Walk – in the Holbrook area. 5-6 miles, woods, water, no need for wellies! Meet 11.30am Holbrook Village Hall car park, IP9 2PZ. Walk followed by tea and cake in garden afterwards. Dogs, children welcome. Email SisterAct for further details.

Race for Life - Parker’s Piece, Cambridge. SisterActers will be running in memory of Lucy Capewell. Please come and join in or support us. Post walk/jog/run meal at 1pm.

Paintings and Pimms - Meet at the Green Dragon in Chesterton at 3 o'clock for a short walk to the Open Studio, where there will be refreshments. Alternatively, just turn up at the house at any other time (11am - 6pm) on the first 3 weekends in July. Email SisterAct for details.
Sunday 17 July The Carolyn Ferrari 50+ group – For those over the age of 50 (or thereabouts). Lunchtime event on the third Sunday of every month. There's also a film evening and weekday pub lunch every month. Please contact SisterAct for details

Silly Sports - SisterAct will challenge the Cambridge LGBT youth group 2byou to silly games (e.g. egg and spoon race, wheelbarrow race) and rounders on Parker's Piece, Cambridge. It promises to be a fun and no doubt very silly evening, plus there will be an opportunity for a 'post-silliness' swift half at the Free Press! All abilities very welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: THE BOARD GAMES GROUP (Monday evenings) has stopped for the summer. It is anticipated that the group will resume in the autumn.

23rd-25th September Canoeing and Camping Weekend - Jean and Chris are thinking about organising a trip to Suffolk (arrive Friday, paddle Saturday and short walk Sunday) and would like to gauge the potential level of interest. Camping will be at the Waveney River Centre on their 'Pintail' pitches. The canoeing will be suitable for beginners, and equipment is available for hire from the River Centre. Costs are expected to be in the region of £40 per small tent pitch for the weekend (up to two people sharing) and £15 canoe hire per person (two or three women in each boat).
